Free size exchanges
Didn’t get the fit quite right? No problem. We offer size exchanges at no additional charge. Just reach out to us with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll get the right size on its way to you. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be exchanged.

Order cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
• After 24 hours your order has shipped and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a short description of the issue.
• Custom orders are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping delays aren’t grounds for a return or cancellation. We hand every order to the carrier within 24 hours, so if your package is running late, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. To qualify, the item must be unused and sent back in its original condition.
